Subject CME-Carvill Hurricane Index Last Trading Day & New Contract Listing - Effective Monday, September 17, 2007

As the result of Hurricane Humberto making landfall, trading will terminate at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, September 17, 2007, for the following CME-Carvill Hurricane Index futures and options contracts:

 

·         Gulf Coast (HG1)

·         Eastern U.S. (HX1)

·         Cat-In-A-Box (HP1)

 

Consequently, in keeping with the Hurricane contract listing rules, the following CME-Carvill Hurricane Index futures and options contracts will be listed for trading on Monday, September 17, 2007:

 

·        Gulf Coast (HG4)

·        Eastern U.S. (HX4)

·        Cat-In-A-Box (HP4)
